Mr. P. K. Bhattacharyay ...for the Petitioner A615 04-12-2025 AKG Ct. 15 The petitioner's grievance is that he executed three separate work orders for the construction of bitumen roads with drainage facilities in Bhedia Gram Panchayat, Burdwan, Purba Bardhaman.

Despite the successful execution of the work orders, the petitioner has not been paid his legitimate dues by the Panchayat.

It appears that the petitioner, through his learned advocate, submitted a representation dated June 10, 2024, seeking release of his dues for the successfully completed work orders.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation should be considered by the Pradhan, Bhedia Gram Panchayat, in accordance with law. In view of the foregoing, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Pradhan, Bhedia Gram Panchayat, to consider the petitioner's representation, appearing at page 42 of the writ petition, in accordance with law, and take necessary steps to ensure that the petitioner receives his

legitimate dues without unnecessary delay.

Accordingly, WPA 17399 of 2024 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
