Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the alleged contemnor. The last order dated September 27, 2024 shows that, the compliance report had already been filed in Court and the same is taken on record.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the order of this Court dated August 23, 2024 stands fully complied with and the same has also been confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding (WPCRC 127 of 2024) stands dropped and closed. The application WPCRC 127 of 2024 accordingly stands disposed of.
