Petitioner approached this Court as the 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.766 Rakib representation dated 18.06.2024 addressed to the Officerin-Charge, Ausgram Police Station was not considered. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 to 8 draws the attention of the Court that a Civil Suit is pending in respect of the alleged deed which is claimed to be forged by the petitioner. As none appears on behalf of the State Ms.

Sanchayita De, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the police authorities, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the nature of the accusations and pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations WPA 17400 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
