It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the prayer of the petitioner for obtaining the certificate was forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools, Primary Education, Uttar Dinajpur to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education by a communicating Memo dated 8th September, 2021.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said certificate has not been issued till date.

As it appears that there is already a request from the District Inspector of Schools, Primary

Education, Uttar Dinajpur to the Secretary of the Board of Primary Education for issuance of the certificate in favour of the petitioner for completion of one year Bridge Course (ODL Mode) Examination, 2014 accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 being the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take necessary steps for issuance of the aforesaid certificate in favour of the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
