1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The present petition for anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in CRM (A) 5104 of 2022.

3. The present petition for anticipatory bail has been filed on the ground that charge-sheet has been filed. Filing of chargesheet is not a supervening circumstance.

4. Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected and CRM (A) 2920 of 2023 is dismissed.

5. However the petitioner, being a lady is directed to appear before the Court of jurisdictional magistrate in the G.R. Case arising out of the aforesaid P.S. Case within 15 days from today by giving three days advance notice to the learned PP/APP attached to the said court. On her appearance and application for bail, the same shall be disposed of on merit on the same day. If grounds of parity is canvassed before the learned court below, the same shall be taken into

consideration along with the fact that the petitioner is a lady at the time of disposal of the application for bail. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
