Learned counsel for the State, on instructions dated 30th September 2022 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Chinsurah Police Station, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate submits that the articles in question have been recovered and the petitioner was informed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that she has received a phone call from the police, day before yesterday and she is now out of station.

The petitioner, upon return on Monday may collect the articles from the Inspector-in-Charge, Chinsurah Police Station, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate in terms of the instructions dated 30th September 2022.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the petitioner.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

The instructions dated 30th September 2022 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Chinsurah Police Station, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate are taken on record.
