Upon receiving instruction from appellant/insurance company, Mr. Amitava Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn retaining the copy of the mail, that he received from the appellant/insurance company.

Saidur Rahaman, learned advocate appearing for the respondents/claimants raises no objection against the withdrawal of this appeal. Mr. Mitra has already produced documents showing deposit of 1,89,500/- with the Registrar General of this Court including statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in preferring the instant appeal. The appeal as such stands dismissed as withdrawn with a further order permitting the

respondents to withdraw the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon.

A prayer for withdrawal be made before the learned Registrar General by learned advocate for the respondents for such purpose. If any such prayer is made, such prayer shall be adequately disposed of by the Registrar General of this Court.

The appeal and the connected applications as such stand disposed of.
