Mr. Debasish Kundu ...for the petitioners Ms. Chandreyi Alam, Mr. Arijit Majumdar ...for the Union of India The grievance of the petitioners is directed against a recruitment process held by the Staff Selection Commission for recruitment of Constable (GO) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and SEPOY in Narcotic Control Bureau Examination, 2022. Admittedly, in respect of the first Test conducted from May 02, 2023 to May 12. 2023, the respondent Authorities had cancelled the same. Thereafter, a fresh Recruitment Test has been conducted from June 01, 2023 to June 06, 2023. The petitioners have not qualified in the aforesaid Test. In this background, the petitioners assail the entire recruitment process.

I have considered the averments made in the writ petition. There are no grounds whatsoever which warrant any interference with the impugned action of the respondent Authorities. There is no

illegality nor perversity nor contravention of any law, which the petitioners can demonstrate warranting any order from this Court in their favour.

In such circumstances, W.P.A. 16446 of 2023 stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
