In this writ petition the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for inclusion her name in the list of Casual Worker employed at Visva-Bharati and to "release her minimum pay in terms of the recommendations of Central Pay Commission by the University for the casual workers."
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that such prayer should be considered by the university.
In do not see any justification to keep this writ petition pending.
I grant liberty upon the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the university within two weeks from date ventilating her grievances. If such representation is made, the university shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
The reasoned order should be communicated to the writ petitioner within one week thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 16448 of 2023 is disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
