Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner is in custody for more than five months. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing recovery of 33 kgs. of ganja which is above commercial quantity from a vehicle which was in the control and dominion of petitioner and co-accused.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier and

there is no substantial change in circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
