Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there were cases and counter cases between the private parties. The petitioner also suffered injuries.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the injured as also to the injury report.

Considering the nature of the offence, the nature of the injury and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7221 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
