And In Re : Md. Rahanul Hoque @Md. Rahinul .... Petitioner Md. Kazi M. Rahman ....for the petitioner Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee, learned APP Mr. Santanu Chatterjee ...... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for more than 101 days. It is also submitted he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had uploaded obscene pictures of the victim on a social media site and blackmailed her. In view of conduct of the petitioner we are of the prima facie opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
