This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff no.1 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Chanchal, Malda to dispose of the Partition Suit no.91 of 2016 and the Misc. Judicial Case no.10 of 2018 expeditiously.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned Trial Court.

From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that July 21, 2025 has been fixed for service returns in the Partition Suit no. 91 of 2016. The partition suit is not yet ready for hearing.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious disposal of the Partition Suit no.91 of 2016.

However, from the order sheets it appears that the Misc. Case No.10 of 2018 has been fixed for further argument on July 21, 2025.

In view thereof, C.O. No.2626 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Chanchal, Malda to make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Case No.10 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
