Petitioners seek bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that given the period of detention of the petitioners and the fact that the police filed charge sheet, bail should be granted to the petitioners.

Learned Advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to the seizure list. Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to any of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7227 of 2021, is rejected at this stage.
