It appears that a typographical mistake has crept in the order dated 3rd September 2024.

In the appearance, the name of one of the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner has wrongly been recorded as "Mr. Rajesh Kunal Mishra". Let the same be corrected to be read as Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra. 3.

Similarly, again in paragraph 18 of the order dated 3rd September 2024 the word "dismissed" appearing at the end of the sentence be substituted with the words "disposed of".

Let the aforesaid corrections be made part of the order dated 3rd September 2024. Other portions of the order remain unaltered.

Department is directed to act accordingly.
