1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has informed this court that though the revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing of the FIR, but in the meantime trial has already been proceeded with by recording of evidence and the petitioner too, has participated in the trial proceedings.

2. Considering the aforesaid view of the matter, the revisional application stands dismissed with liberty to take all the issues in defence at the time of trial.

3. Department is directed to communicate this order to the Learned Trial Court for information.
