For the alleged contemnor We have been informed by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that a new incumbent has joined the post of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Howrah and accordingly, he is impleaded in the present contempt application.

The learned advocate on record is granted leave to make necessary correction in the cause title of the contempt application impleading the new incumbent as alleged contemnor no.2.

The petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the new incumbent intimating that the matter will be taken up for further consideration three weeks hence and to file an affidavit-of-service on the returnable date.

Accordingly, list the matter for further consideration three weeks hence.
