Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, during the pendency of the revisional application, the trial of the case has progressed and two witnesses are left to be examined by the prosecution.

In view of the prayers which have been advanced before this Court, at this advanced stage, the same cannot be acceded to. Petitioners are granted liberty to take up all the points canvassed in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2573 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
