Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention and the stage of the proceedings, bail should be granted to the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the contents in the case diary and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. There is hardly any material change in circumstances from the date of the earlier order of rejection of bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7228 of 2021, is rejected.
