These matters are taken up for hearing together as I am informed that the facts and the parties are the same.

The writ petition has been affirmed by Dr. Asok Kumar Sen on 13th September, 2021 claiming to be an agent of the writ petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner is studying in Bangalore and cannot come to Calcutta. It is surprising that the signature of the writ petitioner could not have been notarized in Bangalore itself.

The notary affirmation in Calcutta by a person located at Kolkata is ridiculous.

In those circumstances, writ petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
