It is submitted that the petitioner was transferred not to the Rajarhat Development Block, Raharhat Bishnupur II Gram Panchayat but to the Sandeshkhali Gram Panchayat-II, in District of North 24 Parganas.

In view of the above, the order dated December 06, 2024 stands corrected to the above extent only. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
