1. In view of the order passed by a coordinate bench in CRM (A) 1000 of 2023 and CRM (A) 1002 of 2023 on 13.03.2023 and having regard to the fact that the present petitioner is standing on the same footing, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
