Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of the property and is being obstructed from enjoying the property at the behest of the private respondents, to that effect information was furnished to the police authorities. But no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects the police authority have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Since already proceedings have been drawn up by the police authority they would continue their surveillance and ensure no breach of peace and tranquility or any untoward incident results because of inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation writ petition being WPA 16485 of 2025 is disposed of.

Copy of the report handed over the learned advocate for the petitioner.
