The petitioner claims to be the Secretary of Speech and Hearing Association of India and seeks a direction on all the respondents to create a proper structure in the field of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology and also create a practical clinical guideline in that particular domain. The words used in the order of the Court "the prayers being used in indecipherable words".
Although the petitioner simply seeks a direction on the respondents to consider a representation made by the petitioner on 12th August, 2021, even that prayer cannot be granted without the Court being satisfied that the petitioner has a case. Not being satisfied on that count, WPA 17542 of 2021 is dismissed.
