The petitioner further complains of incorporating Sections in the FIR thereby facilitating the accused persons to enjoy their liberty. To that effect, information was furnished to the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District.

A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State which

reflects that earlier a case was registered being Lalgola PS Case No. 465 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025 and, on conclusion of the investigation of the said case, chargesheet has been submitted. Presently, the case which has been preferred at the behest of the present petitioner being Lalgola PS Case No. 603 of 2025 is being investigated.

Having considered the plea of the State that over a land dispute a problem has been existing, I am of the opinion that there is a bad blood existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, as such, the police authorities are supposed to up-keep the law and order.

Accordingly, I direct that the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District will ensure that none of the parties exhibit any overt act thereby transgressing the law and inviting the issues which may blow out of the

proportion.

So far as the allegations regarding the Sections being incorporated in the FIR being Lalgola PS Case No. 603 of 2025, it would be for the investigating officer to assess the same. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he would, after conclusion of the investigation, ventilate his grievances before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16484 of 2025 is disposed of.
