Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the complainant and the statements of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to extend anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 7230 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
