Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner are in detention since March 24, 2021. He draws the attention of the Court to the various sections of the Indian Penal Code and submits that in the facts of the present case, Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code are not attracted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P.C.). The de-facto complainant is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the

Cr. P.C. and considering the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 7232 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
