Ms. Bratati Datta ...for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to get pension from the next date of his retirement i.e. 01.06.2006 but he has been given the pension from the date of giving option. I direct the District Inspector of Schools to give a hearing to the petitioner and to decide this matter whether the petitioner is entitled to get the pension from the next date of his retirement. This has to be done within two months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, the matter is disposed of.

The petitioner will be at liberty to appear through his learned advocate.

Affidavit of service filed in court today be kept on record.
