Mr. Aniket Mitra ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 74 days. It is further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including statement of minor child of the victim lady. He has implicated the petitioner in the murder. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating fact and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.
