Considering the protracted duration for which this matter has remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 2369 of 2003 shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
