Petitioner Mr. Shoubhhik Mitter ...for the Petitioner Mr. Jayanta Narayan Chatterjee, Ms. Jayashree Patra ...for the Opposite Party No. 2 Mr. Soubhik Mitter, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he tried to contact the petitioner by sending a letter by Speed Post. The postal articles have come back with the endorsement "deceased".

Mr. Mitter further submits that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have not contacted him.

In that view of the matter, CRR 2388 of 2005 is dismissed as infructuous. Let the envelope containing the letter addressed to the petitioner be kept with the records.
