Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl and having considered the conduct of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 7236 of 2021, is rejected.
