Learned Counsel for the petitioner relies upon an order of a Coordinate Bench in a contempt application being CPAN of dated 29.08.2025.

Considering that an appeal has been preferred against an order of which violation has been

challenged, the petitioner's contempt application alleging violation of an order which has been appealed against is premature.

The contempt application thus stands rejected being pre-mature.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
