Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he was severely assaulted and spite of informing the police authorities no steps were taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on 19.07.2025 Kalna Police Station case no. 745/25 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law, since earlier criminal cases were pending.

Petitioner alleges that presently the petitioner is admitted at Kalna Sub-Divisional & Super Speciality Hospital and the date of admission is 28.07.2025 at 10.40 P.M.

Since such a document has been produced before this Court, the police authorities investigating Kalna Police Station case no. 745/25 will take the same within

ambit of the investigation. The reports of Kalna SubDivisional & Super Speciality Hospital after consideration if appeals to the investigating agency, then this could alter and add the charges so far as the subject matter of investigation is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16331 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Photostat copy of the injury report be also kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
