1. The applicant appearing in person submits as follows. By an order dated 11..12.2023 passed by this Court in WPA 14428 of 2023, this Court, among other things, directed that if the petitioner filed any complaint before the police authorities they shall consider the same in accordance with law and take appropriate steps. It was also directed that the police shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace took place and saw that no order of a civil Court was violated. The applicant has been dispossessed by the co-sharers and his complaints are not being entertained by the police authorities. He also submits that the partition suit filed by him was dismissed.

2. As would appear from the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court, in spite of the petitioner making a claim that he was dispossessed by the co-sharers, no order was passed to put him in possession of the

property. Now, it appears that the partition suit filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

3. If any further remedy is available to the petitioner before a civil Court, he shall be at liberty to pursue the same.

4. Moreover, there is nothing to show that the police authorities did not comply with the order passed by this Court of entertaining reasonable complaints made by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the application for contempt. Accordingly, the same is dismissed, albeit, without any order as to costs.

6. However, the police authorities shall continue to obey the order passed by this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
