Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears before this court on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

The order dated 25th January, 2023 reflects that the order of attachment has also been executed by the police authorities. In view of the stage at which the petitioner approached this court, I am of the view that there cannot be any interference in respect of the impugned order which has been complained of. Petitioner would be at liberty to surrender before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2566 of 2023 is disposed of.
