It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet, all the provisions under which the Police Station case was registered were not mentioned. After the expression "of the BNS" at the end of the heading, the following should be incorporated - "and Section 7(i)(a)(ii) of the E.C. Act". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 09.09.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
