Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that custodial trial in ongoing. Bail application of similarly situated persons was rejected by the co-ordinate Bench. Considering the nature of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary and considering that the trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 7240 of 2021 is dismissed.
