This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainant praying for a direction upon the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata-I (North) to dispose of the Execution Application No.30 of 2020 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned District Commission.

From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that a miscellaneous application being MA 321 of 2023 is pending.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the miscellaneous

application is fixed sometimes in the month of August, 2025.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. No.2637 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the West Bengal District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata-I (North) to make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Application 321 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Depending on the fate of the miscellaneous application, the Commission shall make an endeavour to dispose of the execution application expeditiously. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
