Mr. Kalyan Kumar Chakraborty Mr. Ashok Halder Ms. Mumpy Singha ....for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant criminal revision. Instead, he wants to file a fresh revisional application on the self-same cause of action. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a letter to his learned advocate to this effect. The said letter be kept with the record.
The instant revision be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh revision on the selfsame cause of action, subject to the law of limitation. The learned advocate for the petitioner is at liberty to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned annexed with the instant revision.
