Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a love relationship between the petitioner and the victim lady.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to the medical report.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report, we are unable to grant bail to

the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7245 of 2021, is rejected.
