Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he would prefer two separate revisional applications in respect of the proceedings, which have been clubbed in the present revisional application. First of such proceeding is under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act being CS/47429/2021 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 14th Court, Calcutta and another being Gopal Nagar Police Station Case No.75 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022 under Section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned ACJM, Bongaon, District North 24 Parganas.

Copy of the revisional application be served upon Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would prefer two separate revisional applications in

respect of two separate proceedings.

As prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file two separate revisional applications.

Accordingly, CRR 2708 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Learned advocate for the petitioner is granted liberty to take back certified copy from the department with photostat copies being replaced.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
