.....for the State A joint compromise petition has been filed affirmed by one Priatosh Kumar Dasgupta and Suvradip Dasgupta. The dispute and differences arise because of a matrimonial tie up and the records reflect that the marriage between the parties have been dissolved by a decree of divorce passed by the learned 16th Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Additional Family Court Judge at Malkajgiri.

The parties have been entered into a compromise and memorandum of understanding has been enclosed which reflects that the parties are not interested to pursue the litigation amongst themselves including the present litigation.

In view of the submission so advanced by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the opposite party

and after considering the nature of allegations made in the petition of complaint which speaks mostly of factual aspects relating to the marriage, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the proceedings are unwarranted in the changed of circumstances prevailing.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is allowed.

The proceedings being complaint case no.C-2719 of 2019 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate 7th Court, Alipore including the orders passed therein are hereby quashed. Thus, CRR 2089 of 2019 is consequently allowed. All pending connected application, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby made absolute. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
