It is submitted on behalf of the Provident Fund Authorities that pursuant to the order dated August 13, 2024, the proceedings initiated under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 have been concluded and a final order dated August 16, 2024 has been passed and a copy thereof has also been served on the establishment and the petitioner. In view of the subsequent events, which have transpired after the filing of the writ petition, nothing survives in this proceeding.

WPA 17376 of 2024 accordingly stands dismissed.
