A status report of the proceeding before the Trial Court has been filed by the petitioners which shows that the Trial before the learned Judge has progressed considerably and accordingly the petitioners seeks direction upon the learned Trial Court that the mater may be disposed of expeditiously. Considering the prayer of the learned Advocate-onrecord in presence of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, the present revisional application is disposed of with the direction upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The present revisional application being CRR 2094 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.
