The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside the order dated 18.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in connection with Criminal Revisional No.362 of 2018 arising out of Misc. Execution Case No.64 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
