08.08.2024 Sl No.05 Court No.29 TN CRM (A) 2361 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed in connection with Rajapur Police Station Case No.156 dated 15.05.2024 under Sections 448/341/326/307/354B/ 379/506/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Lakshmi Pakhira and others .... petitioners Mr. Dipta Dipak Banerjee ....for the petitioners 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has received a written instruction from the petitioners to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in future.

Accordingly, we dismiss this application by giving liberty to file afresh, however, not on the self-same cause of action. 3.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid condition.
