According to learned advocate for the petitioners, Title Suit No. 72 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar has already been dismissed for default, which the learned advocate representing the petitioner was not posted with such fact, receiving sufficient instructions for the purpose from the client.

It is thus submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Mr. Debasish Kundu, learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that for the suppression of some material facts, the revisional application should be disposed of saddling some costs. Having considered the submission of both the

sides, the revisional application stands dismissed as infructuous.

The interim order granted earlier in this case stands vacated.

The applications being CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2022 are accordingly disposed of.
