Petitioner submits suspension of the petitioner has been withdrawn and he has been posted at LHO, Kolkata, Block B, 7th Floor, Kolkata-700 001. He is unable to join his place of posting. Hence, he prays for modification of the condition of bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has been posted at LHO, Kolkata, Block B, 7th Floor, Kolkata700 001. In order to enable him to join his place of posting, we modify the condition of bail and direct petitioner shall remain within the Municipal limits of Calcutta and North 24Paraganas except for attending Court proceeding. 4.

Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.
