This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1247 of 2006 arising out of Section F Case No. 197 dated 14.11.2006 under Sections 120B/420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
